Shipping & Returns

Pick up from Store

In case you want to pick up your order from our store in Thessaloniki, Tsimiski 61, 546 23, you can do it in between week days (MON-FRID) and between 9:00-20:00 within a period of fourteen days from your order date. If the order remains unclaimed for more than 14 days, it will be canceled.

Payment Methods

Human Store accepts all Credits cards through the secure Card Payment System.

We do not accept checks, or Paypal.

For cash on delivery, the customer will be charged with extra 1,00€, despite the order value.

We can also select bank deposit as a payment method, by filling out your full name and the order confirmation number.

Shipping Costs

All orders in Greece with total from 50,00€ and more have FREE SHIPPING. For every order less than 50,00€, there is an extra shipping cost of 3,00€ per order.

For orders in Cyprus, there is an extra shipping cost of 9,00€ per order.

For orders in Greece, Human Store uses Speedex Courier with 1-5 days delivery Services with a delivery confirmation. For orders in Cyprus, Human Store uses Speedex Courier with 5-9 days delivery Services with a delivery confirmation.

Order Processing

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 48 hours.

Returns & Exchange Policy

If you want to request a chance on your order, after it has been delivered, you have the right to proceed in an exchange within 30 days from the day you received it.

In that case, please call us at 231 023 4230 (MON-FRID and between 9:00-20:00), in order to approve your request and check the availability of the products you want in exchange.

Because of hygienic reasons, goods that are already used or damaged are neither returnable nor exchangeable. Also, you may not remove any labels and the goods must be returned in their original condition.

Please do not throw away any of the packaging materials, including the receipt and provide us with a brief explanation upon your return or exchange request.

For returns and exchanges, Human Store uses Speedex Courier and the client will pay an additional charge of 3,00€.

If the package is returned to HUMAN STORE with another Courier and noted as recipient payment, we obtain the right to deny it and it will be returned to the initial sender. If package is lost, damaged or tampered with in transit, we don’t carry any responsibility.

All products can be exchanged for another product of equal or greater value and the exchange request cannot be combined with a partial refund. If the new product you selected is more expensive from the product you want to exchange, an extra payment is required to match the final price, this can be deducted through a bank deposit and a member of the team will be in contact before we can send out the replacement item.

After we receive back your package and check its condition, we will arrange the shipping of the new order within 5 working days and we will send you the new tracking number in order to check its status.

In case you wish to exchange your order in person, you can call us and arrange a visit in our location in Thessaloniki, Tsimiski 61, 546 23, between week days (MON-FRID) and between 8:00-22:00.

Refunds

Refunds will only be made upon receipt of returned items within 14 days from your pickup.

In that case, please call us at 231 023 4230 (MON-FRID and between 9:00-20:00), in order to provide us a brief explanation upon your return and approve your request.
